Getting hyped for Vegas! What started as a simple hiking trip for Mai and me (with a few friends) has turned into a full-on Whatabangers adventure. We're not big gamblers, but we do love the outdoors—so we planned to hit the Zion Narrows for an 8-mile hike. I was a little nervous I’d have to bail because of a leg injury, especially with back-to-back hiking days on the schedule.
We were all set to go when we mentioned it in the Whatabangers group chat. At first, everyone was on the fence, but eventually, they came around—and now it’s officially a Whatabangers trip! Hiking by day, pickleball by night. The plan is to hike, eat, and play pickleball all weekend long in Vegas. We're hunting down both indoor and outdoor pickleball courts to make it happen.
We also tossed around the idea of seeing the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere, but tickets were pushing $400 each—so that’s a maybe. If we can find some deals once we get there, we’re all in. Either way, it’s shaping up to be an epic weekend of trails, paddles, and good vibes. See you Aug 08, hit us up if you want to join us.
